Welcome Twitter friends!
I'm creating this Kontribune community for the Marin TweetUp gang.
Two years ago we had our first TweetUp and it was a huge succes. We were like best friends at first site!
I'm just learning how to use this program but from what I understand it works like an online newspaper. I want to use and share this space for everything TweetUp related. The cool thing about this program is that the community can contribute. You fellow TweetUp friends can write articles and post them here.
We have choices!
- We can make this a private group so only members can see it or we can keep it public.
- I can keep it open so anybody can contribute or I can assign reporters/editors. For now, I have it set up so you can submit articles and I will review them before posting. I'm doing this to avoid any unwanted stuff being posted.
On the right side of the home page you will see a column of links. These are links about our TweetUps. I'd like to include all articles and blog posts about our past TweetUps so please submit them to me or post the link in the comment section below if you don't see it there.
I'd also love to post pictures of the TweetUps so send me your pictures to sally @ sallyaroundthebay.com. I'm going to create a page just with TweetUp pictures (once I figure out how).
The cool thing about this program is the way it grows organically by what you submit and also by what you click on. If there is a post that gets clicked on more than othes it will move to the top of the page.
I plan to dig in to this program more and learn what I can. If you learn something new please share it here in the comment section.
